Returns Time Frame

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to decide if you wish to return any item(s). The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

  • Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from our website can be returned. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the return procedure outlined above.
